The glossy peppers come in a variety of colors including green, red, and orange. The peppers are all very hot regardless of color. The peppers are great for chili sauce, salsa, hot pepper vinegar, pickling, and all hot pepper recipes. A prolific and ever-bearing plant. Dries easily. Harvest in 70 to 83 days.
