Dark reddish-green, glossy, heavily crinkled leaves, beautiful crimson stalks and veins. Easy to grow. Eat it like spinach or beet greens. SOW beginning Spring, on into mid-summer, and if the winter is mild, can be planted into the Fall. Pick from late spring till winter. Wide adaptability. Grows best in full sun, tolerates partial shade. Can be grown in containers, borders or the vegetable garden.
