ACCEPTED PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We accept the following methods of payment:
Money Order, Checks, and Cash (Cash sent at your risk)
PayPal - Paypal is accepted ONLY through our checkout system

Please Note: International shipments must be paid for in US Dollars with an international money order or through PayPal. Canadian customers may also pay with a Canadian postal money order.
Turnaround: Payment is expected within 7 days. Your item will normally ship within 24-72 hours, although it may sometimes take up to 5 days (not including holidays and weekends) after receipt of payment. We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays only.
Terms For NON-PAYMENT: Any items not paid for within 15 days will automaticaly have the sale revoked. NO EXCEPTIONS.

ADDITIONAL PAYMENT INFORMATION:
Texas State residents are required to pay 8.25% state sales tax.
We are a 100% online and mail order company. Our business operation is not set up for walk-in retail customers. Because of this, we will not deliver our products or accept visitors at our street address.
Returned check fee is $25.00.
INSURANCE:
Not Included. Optional, but recommended, insurance for domestic USA shipments is $1.50 for every fifty dollars of value to be insured. Insurance for international shipments starts at $9.00 and will be sent either USPS Airmail Letter Post Registered Mail or USPS Airmail Parcel Post Insured.
PLEASE NOTE: If you decide not to purchase insurance, please do not contact us regarding lost, stolen or damaged items as there is unfortunately nothing we can do. If you provide an incorrect address for delivery and the item does not make it to you, this is also your responsibility. We do our absolute best to insure the safe delivery of your item(s), but once it is delivered to our local post office or shipping partner, it is, literally, out of our hands.
PLEASE NOTE: The Seller, American-Farina Enterprises, reserves the right to self-insure any and all packages being shipped that the buyer purchases insurance for. This means that, when a buyer purchases insurance, we, the seller, reserve the right to insure the package ourselves and will replace any lost or damaged items/packages at our expense. This helps to avoid any "red-tape" through the postal service and allows us to resolve any potential problem sooner. Generally, we self-insure most packages shipped that the buyer purchases insurance for that have a value of $15 or less.
Satisfaction/Return Policy:
Our goal is 100% satisfaction. If, upon receipt of your seeds, you are not happy with your Seed Package(s) for any reason, just let us know within 14 days of shipping date, and I will do whatever it takes to insure a satisfactory experience for you. Buyer expressly waives any right to revoke acceptance after that time.
American-Farina Enterprises (the seller) warrants seed to be of the variety and quantity advertised; that it is packaged for sale for the year stated and has been properly tested for germination at the rates stated. Safe delivery is guaranteed and seeds lost or damaged during shipment will be replaced at the seller's expense. Claims must be made within 14 days of shipment. However, due to different climatic conditions, temperature, watering/moisture conditions, light intensity, contamination of growing media, experience of grower, and many important related grower skills such as proper planting time, seed depth, type of soil, irrigation, and proper use of fertilizers/ weed controls/ funigicides/ insecticides, I can not unconditionally guarantee the productivity of seeds after planting.
We will accept returns and offer refunds as stated below:
Any items must be returned within 14-days of the shipping date & in its original packaging and shipping box. Buyer expressly waives any right to revoke acceptance after that time.
Any items returned MUST include delivery confirmation as your proof of return.
We will refund the purchase price AND original shipping. Buyer will be responsible for ALL return shipping charges.
PLEASE NOTE: When returning an item due to no fault of seller, buyers will be assessed a 15% restocking and re-listing fee.
